The universal mount from «RAM Mount» consists of a steering rod base, a connecting arm and the X-Grip universal mount as the head part. The mount can be attached to rods from 1.27 to 3.18 cm and holds devices with a maximum height of 2.2 cm and a length and width of 4.76 to 8.25 cm. The rubber coating of the mount prevents the device from slipping even in the event of strong vibrations.
Modular holding system
The mounting system of the "RAM Mount" is modular. Each mount consists of a base, an arm and a head section (top). Depending on the mount, these are screwed together, but usually connected via a ball joint. This offers flexibility in the alignment, but together with the material ensures a shock and vibration dampening effect.
