Costs for delivery and shipping
The costs are determined per order.
For deliveries of products weighing 30 kilograms or more, a surcharge will be charged for piece goods.
Costs/surcharges (prices including VAT)
Shipping costs for orders up to 30 kg: CHF 9.00
*General cargo shipping 30–50 kg: CHF 49.00
*General cargo shipping over 50 kg: CHF 64.00
* The surcharge for general cargo shipping only applies if a single product weighs 30 kg or more or is heavier than 50 kg (e.g. televisions, large printers or server cabinets), not if the total volume or total weight of the order requires a freight forwarding delivery.
Advantages of partial delivery
If your order contains items that we do not have in stock, you can choose whether you want us to wait to ship until all items are in stock or whether you would like a partial delivery.
Please note that a surcharge will be charged for shipping in partial deliveries.
Freight forwarding deliveries
If a single product weighs 30 kg or more, the total order weight exceeds 90 kg or the total volume of a delivery is over 0.55 cubic meters, delivery will be made by freight forwarder.
If an order is delivered by a freight forwarder, delivery is usually made without notification on the next working day after receipt of the order by 5 p.m. (excluding orders on weekends and public holidays). A telephone number is required in case the freight forwarder has any queries.
What to do in case of transport damage?
Unfortunately, damage can occur during transport. You can report any damage to the package, parcel or item to us directly.
