Take it anywhere
The LMZ460 series has a width and depth not much larger than a laptop and weighs just 4.2 kg (9.26 lbs). The projector is light enough to take anywhere and ceiling installation is easy. Setting it up is incredibly easy: place the device on a desk, plug in your source, turn it on and start presenting.
Digital zoom extender with digital image shifting function
The Digital Zoom Extender has been further developed with a new Digital Image Shift function. Digital Image Shift provides a convenient workaround when it is not possible to install the projector in the center of the screen due to lamps or air conditioning vents on the ceiling, or in cases where the ceiling is too high. You can use the remote control to digitally move the image 10% up or down and 10% left or right to fit your projection screen. The Digital Zoom Extender function allows you to maintain the same mounting position as your old projector even if it is too far from the screen, saving construction work. It extends the projection distance beyond the optical zoom range so that the image is projected onto your screen at the desired size. Additionally, the LMZ460 series uses the same bracket and mounting bracket as the traditional lamp-based PT-LB426 series, allowing you to screw in the new projector directly when upgrading. Note: Resolution decreases when using Digital Zoom Extender and Image Shift. Some screen correction features are not available when using this feature, and the corner adjustment range is limited. Using the same projector mounts may not be possible in every situation. Image size reduced to 80% when digital image shifting is enabled.
Designed for a stress-free life
Excellent image quality is just one advantage of laser projection. Both the light source and the ECO filter only need to be replaced after around 20,000 hours. Comparable lamp projectors would require between one and four lamp changes plus filter maintenance if operated for the same amount of time. You don't have to worry about disposing of used lamps, and the ECO filter can be washed and reused, saving waste. It's easy to see how laser projection reduces costs and maintenance. And thanks to the controlled increase in brightness of the light source and the uniform color reproduction, the images remain clear and vibrant for much longer.
Dynamic contrast provides depth and realism
Dynamic Contrast analyzes the video signal frame by frame and digitally adjusts the light output to the contrast requirements of each situation. It features situation linking technology for greater realism when dark and light scenes are frequently swapped. In addition to accurately reproducing images that contain a mix of dark and light tones, Dynamic Contrast is more energy efficient than other technologies. The high contrast ratio of 3,000,000:1 delivers impressive detail definition in shadows and improves text readability for more comfortable viewing.
Laser projector – high image quality, low maintenance
The laser light source of this projector ensures high light intensity and high-contrast images. In addition, compared to conventional projector lamps, it enables a very long, maintenance-free operating time without changing the lamp. Compared to conventional projectors, the maintenance costs are significantly reduced over the entire product lifespan.
