The ICR50 Indoor Cycle in the Limited Edition offers exercisers an absolutely solid basis for ambitious and motivating workouts. You can connect to your favorite fitness apps such as atZone, Kinomap or Zwift via Bluetooth FTMS and use them during training thanks to the integrated smartphone holder. Thanks to the intuitive four-way adjustment of the handlebars and saddle, everyone can find the right training position. The pedals, which are close together, ensure the optimal position of the hips, knees and feet for an authentic cycling feeling. The handlebars also offer a variety of grip options for different training phases. The integrated bottle holder contributes to sufficient fluid intake during training. The resistance lever makes quick and precise adjustments possible in 11 levels and also serves as an emergency stop. The maintenance-free magnetic resistance enables immediate, smooth adjustments and always ensures a pleasant driving experience and whisper-quiet performance. The flywheel installed at the rear not only looks particularly good, but also protects sensitive components from sweat and thus extends the lifespan of the bike. The dual pedals with SPD click system and baskets allow you to train either with special cycling shoes (SPD click system) or standard sports shoes.
Ergometer
Ergometers are available in different designs such as bicycle ergometers, rowing ergometers or cross trainer ergometers. They meet special standards (DIN 957-1/5 HA), guarantee extremely precise watt and power settings and are primarily intended for therapeutic purposes. The performance with an ergometer is reproducible and precise medical instructions can be implemented. So if you want to do intensive cardiovascular training, you should use an ergometer.
