The GARMIN brand is known for its GPS navigation devices. GARMIN was founded in 1989 by Gary Burrell and Dr. Min Kao. The combination of the founders' names results in the company name GARMIN. The products are particularly distinguished by the fact that they are developed and manufactured in-house. The company has three production sites in Taiwan. Thanks to the 1,400 engineers employed by the company, GARMIN has strong technical expertise and can thus guarantee high standards and constant development and improvement of the products. The entire GARMIN product range includes more than 20,000 items.
